Can we purchase spare parts directly from you?
Unfortunately not but we do have merchants based all around the U.K.
Can we fit an external control i.e. roomstat to our Biasi boiler?
Yes. Please check your boiler model and manual for compatibility.
Can Biasi combination boilers be used as a system boiler?
Yes. However we do manufacture system and open vented boilers.
How do I calculate the BTU Ratings?
To get the BTU rating the formula is…. Watts x 3412 = BTU's
To get the Watts rating the formula is….. BTU's divide by 3412 = Watts
I am interested in purchasing one of your radiators. What does T50 and T60 mean?
T50 are radiators used on central heating systems that use a High Efficiency condensing boiler or (HE).
T60 are radiators used on central heating systems that use a Standard Efficiency Non -condensing boiler or (SE).
I am looking at your radiator selection, could you please explain what 11k, 21k and 22k mean?
11k = Single panel with convector
21k = Double panel with one convector
22k = Double panel with double convector

Advice to consumers. – Frozen condensate drainage pipes.
During extremely cold weather periods if your boiler fails to operate it may be as a result of the condensate discharge pipe freezing so please follow the below checks before contacting the manufacturer.
Symptoms vary from boiler to boiler and manufacturer to manufacturer but on Biasi boilers if the condensate discharge pipe has frozen you will have a fault code that reflects "Lack of burner ignition".
- Error 01 on the ActivA range.
- Lack of burner ignition (no ignition signal from the full sequence ignition device) > On boilers utilising a light diagnostic system.
The above fault displays can be from both genuine component failures as well as installation related faults such as no gas being available and frozen condensate pipes, To possibly rule out no gas or a frozen condensate discharge pipe and avoid any associated charges please follow the below advise.
- Check that any other gas appliances are working correctly if available such as a gas cooker.
- Look underneath your boiler and locate the plastic pipe (typically a white plastic pipe).
- Try to identify if the plastic pipe go's through the external wall or if it is run internally.
- If it does go outside then go outside yourself and locate the pipe and try to see if the pipe is frozen by looking at the open end for any sign of ice, if the boiler is installed in an unheated space it could also be frozen such areas as a garage, outhouse or loft.
- If it has evidence of having frozen or if in an unheated area and you suspect it is frozen then if possible apply some form of gentle heat to try and unfreeze the pipe (do not apply naked flames or excessive heat to the plastic pipe).
- If you are unable to unfreeze the pipe yourself then please contact your installer or a local Gas Safe Registered Engineer for assistance.
- If the pipe is not frozen then please contact the manufacturer for further guidance.
Important note
It should be noted that if the condensate discharge is frozen on your boiler it will also render the boilers anti frost protection function inoperable.
Condensate Discharge
During normal operation a condensing boiler will produce a constant trickle of warm water in the products of combustion and on areas of the heat exchanger that need to be able to drain away to a foul water drain. Your boiler is provided with a discharge outlet that your Gas Safe Registered Installer should couple up to an acceptable discharge location. On occasions an installer will take this discharge pipe outside.
