Biasi Moves To Customer Friendly New Base

Biasi UK are moving to new premises in Walsall. The move will allow the company to expand its training facilities to incorporate their latest range of ‘A’ rated boilers and Renewable product ranges, as well as relocating its more customer facing staff.

As part of the company’s recent restructure to becoming less ‘backroom staff’ orientated and more ‘customer facing’, the move will allow Biasi to locate staff in an environment appropriate to achieving their new goals. The move will create no disruption to supply of Biasi products, but has meant a change in telephone number (01922 714 600)

Speaking about the move Gren Ward said the move was necessary to accommodate the increased product offering that we're introducing in 2010.

“I want us to be a lot more customer orientated so it was clear a better base was required. Our increased product offering means we are going to be offering a broader range of training, and by moving we are able to give Mike (Hook) what he needs to support the new ranges. All the staff involved in the short move has done a great job to make the move as smooth as possible for our customers”
