If your boiler is within its warranty period and you're experiencing difficulties, they will be happy to arrange a visit for you. Please use the spot checks detailed below and the 'Information Page' as a useful guide before booking a call-out.

Please ensure when ringing in with a warranty claim or query, that you quote the Boiler Serial Number which can be found on the inside of the drop down flap of the boiler or on the guarantee card.

If Your Boiler Fails to Operate.

Things to check before you call Biasi UK.

  • Check gas supply is switched on inside the property.
  • Check all isolation taps under the boiler are turned to the on position.
  • Check the system pressure gauge is reading between 1 and 2 bar. (If the gauge is reading below 1bar then re-pressurise via filling loop).
  • Check that the boiler is switched on and the power lights are illuminated on the front panel.
  • Check all external controls i.e. roomstat or programmer are calling.
  • If the boiler has a built in time clock ensure that it is on the correct setting.
  • Check to see if domestic hot water and central heating are working.
  • Please contact the Installer and ask them to re-attend to ensure the fault is not an external one.
  • Ensure you have the boiler Serial Number (this can be obtained from the guarantee card or drop down flap on the boiler front panel).
  • Please ensure you have the installer details including Corgi or Gas Safe registration number to hand.
  • Call Biasi UK Technical help line (If possible please call from in front of appliance).
