Service Warranties
All our boilers come with either a two or five year warranty. Boiler warranties should be registered within 30 days of the boiler being purchased. You can do this by sending back the guarantee card which comes with the boiler or ring the information through to our Service Dept.
All Biasi boilers must be commissioned by a Gas Safe Registered installer and meet the guidelines for installation, as stipulated in the installation manual provided. We also ask for the boiler to be serviced every twelve months in order for the warranty to be valid.

What’s Repair+1?
- Repair+1 is a repair plan specifically for customers with broken down boilers.
- The plan allows the customer to have a repair on an existing breakdown, plus it will give the customer a further 12 months repair service against any further breakdowns (on the whole boiler).
- Repair+1 protects the customer against all charges related to the repair they require.
