As part of the HHIC Code of Practice, we commit ourselves to keeping stock for our boilers for a minimum of ten years after a boiler range has been decommissioned.

We hold in the UK a minimum of eight weeks stock for all our boiler spares and accessories. In the unforeseen circumstance that a stock item has been wiped out, we have a seven day turnaround from our parent company in Italy.

With regards to our steel panel radiators, we endeavour to keep a minimum of eight weeks worth of stock to ensure there are no gaps in our range of sizes.
