Biasi UK is congratulating local schools and colleges for their efforts in the recent environmentally-themed radiator art competition. The heating and renewable equipment supplier ran the design competition and invited local schools to come up with creative designs to be displayed on radiators.
The winners have been now been announced with Frank F. Harrison School claiming the first prize of £500 and the creator of the winning design, Callum Woolley, receiving a £100 voucher for his efforts.
Runner-up schools were Coldmore Primary and St Francis of Assisi, each receiving £250 vouchers, with Sanya Akthar from Coldmore Primary being given a £50 voucher as a reward for her design. A £50 voucher is being divided between the ten pupils from St Francis of Assisi, who all worked on the other runner-up creation.
Emma Dickens, marketing co-ordinator for Biasi UK, said: “We were thrilled with the participation and effort from all the schools involved in this competition and found it extremely difficult to judge the best designs. The feedback from all the schools who took part has been extremely positive and we hope our message of saving energy and preserving the environment has been well received.”
